This is a heavy duty 2 bar system made up from 40mm x 40mm electro zinc plated 135cm bars complete with laser cut electro zinc plated brackets which are welded on to the bar. If you like to do things yourself these bars come as a pack including a vehicle mounting kit designed to mount onto the factory fitted mounting points on the van roof.

Made from light weight aluminium and having a rounded leading edge means they do not effect the vehicles weight capabilities and create minimal wind noise.  If you dont mind spending a little more for good quality these are the bars to go for.  Please quote roof height when ordering

Ford Transit Full Rhino Roof Rack With Side Rails

This roof rack is constructed from 40mm x 20mm heavy duty steel which is then pre coated with zinc and coated in polyester powder making them almost totaly corrosion resistant. It comes complete with a front aerofoil, a full width rear roller built into the back of the rack and full side rails giving a load area of 2.0m x 1.25m. It comes with everything you need to fit it or why not save the time and ask us to fit it for you.  Due to the design of the full length Rhino roof rack it is only suitable for vans with rear barn doors.
