This roof rack system is a good compramise between a roof rack and roof bars. They are manufactured using 40x40mm zinc plated steel making them very weather proof and at 135cm long can easily take an 8x4 sheet. It includes front to back side bars which help to spread the weight evenly.

This is a fully welded roofrack constructed using 40mm x 20mm box section steel and hot dipped galvanised for a corrosion resistant finish. It comes complete with a 550mm rear roller for easy loading and a front aerofoil to help increase fuel economy. The dimensions of this roofrack system means it is capable of carrying 8x4 sheet material. If you are keen to do it yourself we will supply it with all  mounting brackets along with nuts and bolts included in the price.

This is a heavy duty 2 bar system made up from 40mm x 40mm zinc plated 135cm bars complete with laser cut zinc plated brackets. If you like to do things yourself these bars come as a pack including a vehicle mounting kit designed to mount onto the factory fitted mounting points on the van roof.

This system also comes as a pack alowing you to fit it yourself if you have the time.

It comes complete with 125mm side rails, 550mm rear roller and front aerofoil to help increase fuel economy. The dimesions of this roofrack system means it is capable of carrying 8x4 sheet material. We supply the roof rack with the mounting brackets you will need along with all nuts and bolts for a DIY project.
