Rhino launched this new bar design in October 2008 and what a great product they are. Made from light weight aluminium and having a rounded leading edge means they do not effect the vehicles weight capabilities and create minimal wind noise.  If you dont mind spending a little more for good quality these are the bars to go for.

Volkswagen Transporter Rhino 4 Bars System

This is a fully welded roofrack constructed using 40mm x 20mm box section steel and hot dipped galvanised for a corrosion resistant finish. It comes complete with a 550mm rear roller for easy loading and a front aerofoil to help increase fuel economy. The dimensions of this roofrack system means it is capable of carrying 8x4 sheet material. 6 tie down hoops are welded on evenly around the roof rack to help with securing your load

This is a heavy duty 2 bar system made up from 40mm x 40mm zinc plated 135cm bars complete with laser cut zinc plated brackets. If you like to do things yourself these bars come as a pack including a vehicle mounting kit designed to mount onto the factory fitted mounting points on the van roof.

This is a heavy duty 3 bar system made up from 40mm x40mm zinc plated 135cm bars complete with laser cut brackets. This system is designed to allow an 8 x 4 sheet of material to be carried because of its front to back tie bars alowing the load to be spread across the whole roof. An Aerofoil is included in the price but the stop bars are an additional cost.

This is a fully welded roofrack constructed using 40mm x 20mm box section steel and hot dipped galvanised for a corrosion resistant finish. It comes complete with 125mm side rails, 550mm rear roller and front aerofoil to help increase fuel economy. The dimesions of this roofrack system means it is capable of carrying 8x4 sheet material. We supply the roof rack with the mounting brackets you will need along with all nuts and bolts for a DIY project.

Volkswagen Transporter Full Rhino Roof Rack With Side Bars

This roof rack is constructed from 40mm x 20mm heavy duty steel which is then pre coated with zinc and coated in polyester powder making them almost totaly corrosion resistant. It comes complete with a front aerofoil, a full width rear roller built into the back of the rack and full side rails giving a load area of 2.0m x 1.25m. Because of its design it can only be fitted to a van with rear barn doors. It comes with everything you need to fit it or why not save the time and ask us to fit it for you.
